Total land size is 250 sqm. Villa is 2 storey high with 185 sqm per storey. It does have a separate room and bathroom for a pembantu (maid/servant). Fixed Telephone line is not yet available. The main road leads on one end to Nusa Dua and the other way to the airport/kuta/sanur etc. The back has got an open view onto a big land filled with grass and trees as shown on the pictures.
