On a short distance from famous Lovina we have this 2 bedroom villa for you. The villa has a nice terrace and has a traditional alang alang style roof. All rooms have either a ceiling fan or air conditoner and face the quiet ocean, where sightings of dolphins are common. There is a small guesthouse with its own bathroom. (So, in total there are three bedrooms) On the beachfront you find a pavillion to relax, next to the 8 by 4 meter swimmingpool. In the garden you can enjoy banana, lemon and papaya trees. Beachfrontage is 20 meters. The villa will be easy to rent out.
