A two storey bar / restaurant, with beach and rice paddy views. The kitchen is fully equipped, western style and standards.

A large spa / therapy room with hydro jet jacuzzi and double showers.

A 12x8 meter pool with pool for kids.

An owner villa, can also be used for guests if needed, and garage for 4 cars, more space for cars on the driveway.
